SERVICE CONTRACT

Our silver service plan includes an annual cleaning, approx 30 parts are covered and all of the associated labor charges. In addition we included emergency 24/7 service during the heating season.Our service plan options cover all types of home heating equipment, and can help you avoid any unexpected costly expenses.

FUEL TANK REPLACEMENTS

Typically oil tanks last between 15-25 years depending on make and placement (underground- above ground- outside - inside)
After that the tank can be in danger of failure, which can lead to oil spills, soil contamination and environmental cleanups which costs thousands of dollars. We offer oil tank installations, removal, and abandonment. 

CLEANING & EVALUATIONS

If a service plan is not right for you, then a thorough cleaning of your heating system is essential. Annual cleanings include replacement of your nozzle, filter and strainer, vacuuming your whole heating system, and a combustion test to assure everything is running efficiently.
